Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director (ED) will have overall creative, strategic, and operational responsibility for RAWK’s staff and contracted facilitators, programs, expansion, and execution of its mission. She or he will envision, create, and sustain RAWK’s creative voice, uphold its commitment to equity and access, and drive innovative growth for the organization.
