Introducing RAWK First Saturdays Workshops and Open Studio Time for middle school and high school aged youth!

On the first Saturday of each month RAWK will offer a creative writing workshop from 12:00–1:30pm and then open studio time from 1:30–3:00pm

March First Saturdays Workshop – Collage Poetry

Maybe the word poetry sets you into a panic, perhaps you’re a seasoned poet, or you’re somewhere in the sweet in between – this workshop offers an approachable, hands-on, visually artistic, and fun(!) method for creating poetry. No previous poetic practice needed!
Participants will piece together their own poetry books using words and images cut from magazines.
There are no requirements and no grades, just time, space, and supplies to explore something new.
