The Artazijah Julian RAWK Reading Scholarship was created by Artazijah Julian, who after participating in a scholarship workshop recognized an opportunity for RAWK to help manage the expenses that come with attending college, offering a $500 scholarship to incoming freshman and college students in Michigan.
